The Alkyl Phenolic Resins is a condensation product of reaction between aldehyde & alkyl phenols and is commonly used in rubber products. This is a type of phenol formaldehyde resin, which ensures good solubility and therefore it is indispensable modifying agent for chloroprene rubber. These are hydrocarbon soluble resins and are perfect for rubber industry. The offered resins are processed using the superior quality chemical compounds and modern technology in conformity with the set industry standards. These resins are also verified on a variety of quality parameters to ensure their premium quality.
These resins are commonly used in NBR and Chloroprene based adhesives, and acts as a tackifiers for providing green track during manufacturing of rubber products such as belts, treads, hoses, tires etc. Our range ensures excellent resistance to oil, chemical and weathering. This modifying agent enhances the properties of chloroprene rubber adhesive such as phasing stability, adhesion strength and tackiness retention time and heat resistance.
